This philosophy has been engrained in my mind since my very first days as an intern at Magnet Media. It has allowed me to understand that it takes more than a pretty design being thrown on a website, and tweeted about to create a voice. It's essential to take a creative idea, present a campaign flow and distribution plan, and yet also to strategize for the foreseeable business objectives. Even more importantly with the understanding of those metrics that can be measured in order to achieve those objectives.
I grew to better understand what the term, "start up" truely means while at Magnet, and have a better understanding just how important conversing with one another face to face, and even online is. The conversation and relationship is maintained through good experiences with great creatives, and so I have strived to maintain my positive energy and flexibility because of this.
